2006 Tribute to Bobby Hackett

Commemorating the 30th anniversary of Bobby’s untimely death, Nick DeCarlis presented a new Tribute to Bobby Hackett concert as part of the “Jazz in Bridgewater” (New Jersey) concert series, co-sponsored by the New Jersey Jazz Society.  The series benefits the United Way.

The concert took place on Saturday, October 21, 2006; in Bridgewater, NJ.

In addition to standards specially-selected to cover the span of Bobby’s career, Nick shared interesting and often amusing anecdotes and information about Hackett’s life.
