Nick will lead an all-star quintet, recreating the 1930’s sounds of small group jazz heard in the New York City clubs like Eddie Condon’s, Jimmy Ryan’s and Nick’s in the Village. Since it’s the December concert, expect a few holiday standards to be included. The players are coming from Jacksonville, Orlando, Lakeland and Tampa to help make this a memorable night you won’t want to miss! This will be the 4th concert produced and performed by Nick – the first 3 each set new Friends of Jazz attendance records. Help us set a new one by joining us on December 11th at 8:00 PM. |
